कद्दू हलवा पकाने की विधि
कद्दू हलवा एक बहुत लोकप्रिय मीठे पकवान है. यहाँ कद्दू हलवा नुस्खा है.
सामग्री:
Grated कद्दू - 2 और 1 / 2 कप
1/2 कप दूध
चीनी - 1 / 2 कप
शहद -1 कप
इलायची 5
काजू - 10
घी 1 / 4 कप (घी)
विधि:
भुना घी में काजू जब तक यह भूरे रंग सुनहरा हो जाता है.
एक पैन चम्मच घी,, गर्मी 1 जोड़ने और कद्दू के लिए यह grated हलचल है स्वाद कच्चे तक अच्छी तरह से लौ में कम गई है.
यह दूध और कद्दू तक पकाना जोड़ने के लिए निविदा है.
लौ कम करने के लिए इस जोड़ें चीनी, शहद में लगातार हलचल.
काजू जोड़ें और अच्छी तरह से भुना हुआ मिश्रण और इलायची जमीन छोड़ने के 5 मिनट के लिए यह.
यह चम्मच घी से 3 जोड़ें और अच्छी तरह से हलचल, कम लौ में डाल तक घी मंगाई. Serve hot. सेवा गर्म है.
